DUCATI energia deve la sua fama ai fratelli Ducati che nel 1926 diedero avvio
all’attività industriale DUCATI cui farà seguito, 22 anni dopo, la suddivisione in
DUCATI Elettrotecnica e DUCATI Meccanica (oggi DUCATI Motor).
DUCATI energia nasce nel 1985 dall’unione di DUCATI Elettrotecnica e di Zanussi
Elettromeccanica-Divisione Generatori e rappresenta una delle realtà industriali
storiche del territorio bolognese.
Oggi il Gruppo DUCATI energia conta circa 1250 dipendenti distribuiti in 9
stabilimenti in tutto il mondo ed opera in diversi settori di attività tra cui: condensatori,
rifasamento industriale ed elettronica di potenza, generatori eolici, alternatori e
sistemi di accensione per motori endotermici, veicoli elettrici e colonnine di ricarica,
analizzatori di energia, sistemi per il telecontrollo delle reti elettriche, segnalamento
ferroviario, sistemi ed apparecchiature autostradali e per il trasporto pubblico.

DUCATI energia owes its fame to the Ducati brothers who in 1926 started DUCATI
industrial activity which will be followed, 22 years later, by the division into DUCATI
Elettrotecnica and DUCATI Meccanica (today DUCATI Motor).
DUCATI energia was born in 1985 from the union of DUCATI Elettrotecnica and Zanussi
Elettromeccanica-Generators Division and represents one of the historical industrial
realities of the Bologna area.
Today the DUCATI Energia Group has approximately 1250 employees distributed in 9
factories around the world and operates in various sectors of activity including: capacitors,
industrial power factor correction and power electronics, wind generators, alternators and
ignition systems for internal combustion engines, electric vehicles and charging stations,
energy analyzers, systems for the remote control of electricity networks, railway signaling,
motorway and public transport systems and equipment.
